Happy Tuesday is an alternative rock band based in Cincinnati, OH consisting of three multi-instrumentalists and songwriters: Max Patrick (vocals and guitar), Hannah MacNeal (vocals, violin, guitar, and keys), and Ivan Brooke (drums). Inspired by everything from rampant corruption they see in the world, to their cats Ringo and Cadbury, they are driven by a belief in the healing power of music. Their sound is influenced by bands such as Radiohead, Grouplove, the Flaming Lips, and a wide variety of other artists. Happy Tuesday was started in January of 2021 by Max and Hannah after an impromptu move to Raleigh, NC during the COVID lockdown. They started out by posting a cover every Tuesday as a musical outlet during quarantine, and during this time, they were finalists in a Smashing Pumpkins cover contest. The duo then moved back to Cincinnati in June of 2021 to reunite with their friend and musical accomplice, Ivan, to complete the trio. Since then, they have performed in numerous venues around Cincinnati and have been featured on the local broadcast, ICRCTV. They currently have one single out on all streaming platforms, "Woe to the Fallen," which will be featured on their upcoming EP, "The Human Constant."
